Analog and Scaling

Turning raw counts into engineering units

An analog input arrives as raw counts, not degrees or litres per minute. Scaling converts it, and the same maths drives a speed reference back out to a drive.

  1. 0

// Scales a raw 4-20 mA sensor signal to a 0-100 °C engineering unit value.

  2. 1

// Linearly scales a raw input to engineering units between two configurable endpoints.

  3. 2

// Constrains a numeric input between Min and Max bounds and raises flags when limits are hit.

  4. 3

// Clamps an operator percent setpoint to 0-100 and scales it for a VFD configured to accept a 0-32767 raw speed reference.
