Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to paid purchases on learn.rungs.dev, operated by Techsolid Automation Limited ("we", "us", "our"). The rest of the Service is free and is not affected by this policy.

Purchases are processed by Paddle

Our checkout and payments are operated by Paddle, acting as our merchant of record. When you buy an access pass, your order is processed by Paddle: Paddle charges your payment method, applies any taxes such as VAT, issues your receipt, and processes refunds. Paddle's buyer terms apply to the transaction alongside this policy.

14-day money-back guarantee

If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, you can request a full refund within 14 days of the purchase date — no justification needed. This also satisfies the 14-day right of withdrawal for consumers in the EU/EEA and UK.

When a refund is issued:

  • Your access pass is revoked and paid exercises lock again
  • Your exercise progress is not deleted — free exercises remain available, and if you buy a pass again later you continue where you left off
  • Paddle processes the refund to your original payment method where possible, within 14 days of approval; how quickly it then appears depends on your bank or payment provider

How to request a refund

Either of the following works:

  • Through Paddle — reply to your Paddle receipt email, or use paddle.net with the email address you used at checkout
  • Through us — email support@rungs.dev with the email address you used at checkout; we will pass the request to Paddle

After 14 days

Refunds after 14 days are not automatic, but contact us anyway — if something is wrong on our side (for example paid exercises were inaccessible for an extended period, or the product is materially not as described), we will make it right.

Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights as a consumer, including remedies for digital content that is defective or not as described.
